Spartan SPEARS will be available to help you find your way this week. Look for volunteers wearing lime green t-shirts stationed around campus today and tomorrow. On Thursday and Friday, you will find SPEARS at a tent in front of the Forney Student Success Commons on College Avenue. Stop by and ask us any questions you might have as you navigate the start of the semester.

The application to be a Peer Academic Leader (PAL) is open! Are you looking to lead at the G? This is a great paid student leadership opportunity to continue your professional development. If you received a 3.5 GPA or higher last semester – congratulations and be on the lookout for an email from one of our two academic honor societies for new students at UNCG. First-year students will be invited to join Alpha Lambda Delta (ALD) and transfer students will be invited to join Tau Sigma.
